Jabian, yes i am completely disconnected and my (phone ) which I am using to try control device is connected to the Hot spot I created.

Phomer60, Yes I can SSH into the device over the hotspot which is the weird thing. I did notice that the output of

netstat -nl | grep 5900
results in:
tcp    0     0  0.0.0.0:5900            0.0.0.0:*       LISTEN
tcp6   0     0 :::5900                  :::*            LISTEN
while the same command on the hotspot yields no result.
Its like the VNC server isn't listening when I switch over and I don't know why, maybe the wifi card dosent support it ? (Intel wireless 7260) but I checked and it is supposed to.
