I was considering powering my Pi from the Pegasus UPB V2 but in the end I didn't.
I have the Pegasus mounted on the dovetail and the Pi on the extension column, only two cables then run to any movable parts. That's power to the Pegasus and a usb to the Pi.

Well I had another crash last night, Thread 10 but pretty much the same list of files.
Fits viewer was off, halfway through an exposure, guiding was good then Pooof Gone !

Any experts around that could help?

Had another couple of crashes last night.
It was suggested that this might be due to the Fits Viewer and to close it.
No crashes after closing Fits.

Only thing I can suggest is that the filter is cutting out a lot of light.
So up the ISO to 6400 or more and maybe shorten the exposures if the image gets blown out. 
Default Accuracy is 30 which should be fine for 600mm FL.

Had another freak out in RA again last night. GPG RA set to 479s.
Reset to default, enables and estimate checked and it settled down for the rest of the night. Estimated Major Period ended up at 1396s.

Cant see anything wrong with your settings, how many attempts does the solver try? I only see one attempt in the screen shots, usually you should get aligned in 3 or 4 attempts.
Maybe try raising the accuracy to 30 or more.

With mount and computer connected with a standard USB cable, the Baud Rate for Ekos to see the mount should be set to 115200.

Check settings under Options/ Fits, it might have something to do with checking/unchecking the Auto Debayer. Not 100% sure as I haven't used a DSLR.

If the All Sky Camera is running separate software and has an independent connection to your computer then I can't see any reason for it not to work. 
Hopefully your computer is powerful enough to cope.
