I want the character encoding of the log to be UTF-8.
I am using KStars on Japanese Windows 11.
INDISERVER is running on a Raspi and the Raspi language setting is Japanese.
Japanese is included in the time zone of logs output by LOG_XXXX and LOGF_XXXX.
This Japanese is encoded in Shift-JIS (It's like code page 932).
Even if the language of KStars for Windows is set to "US English", the output will be in Japanese.
If the output is to keep being in Japanese, it would be preferable to use UTF-8.

Please add this to your development to-do list.
