Ekos/INDI: Select "Celestron CGX" get "Celestron GPS"

I am trying to use the "Celestron CGX" or "Celestron Nexstar" driver but all indications are that it is trying to use "Celestron GPS"

Is this a different driver name for the same device or a different device entirely. Ekos can not connect but it is a driver problem for the CGX mount or just the wrong driver for a non-existent device?

Thanks,
Dave

Ah, They seem to be the same driver. I make some progress if the mount is already aligned before I attempt to connect. I guess the failure is due to my mount not having a GPS module and the result is failure to connect. It would be useful to know there is a distinction between CGX and CGX with GPS.

As you discovered, they are the same driver. You can find more information in the Celestron drivers portal page.
