Hello,
I am using the latest stable releases. Server is on Mele, client - Windows.
I've been doing mosaics lately.
When I run a complete, say 2x2 mosaic, everything is fine.
Last time I built a large 3x3 mosaic with the Mosaic Planner and after that I subdivided this mosaic into 3 1x3 segments (by deleting and saving).
Maybe that was a wrong thing to do but it worked. Sort of.
The Scheduler was scheduled correctly but it wouldn't advance from one part to the next. It would just stall.
If I'd stop and restart the Scheduler - it would advance in the right way.
Sometimes but rarely the Scheduler would advance by itself.
Any idea?
Thanks!

I am experiencing the same issue.
This issue has the same cause as
"Captures" in Windows EKOS Scheduler does not count up"
.
In KStars for Windows, Scheduler does not recognize the end of a sequence, so the same sequence is executed over and over again and the next sequence is not executed.
In my case, the cause may be different because I didn't always take the next step.
It seems that the problem behaves differently in my case.
Sorry for the unnecessary interruption.
Hi Jasem,
I am attaching the log from last night.
3 parts in the scheduler. Set to run 5x360s 2 times.
"Job 'NGC_6888-Part_7' at row #1 was saved."
"Job 'NGC_6888-Part_8' at row #2 was saved."
"Job 'NGC_6888-Part_9' at row #3 was saved."
I believe the Scheduler failed to advance to the next segment after every segment except for the last one.
Fail after this:
[2023-08-15T22:22:03.887 Pacific Daylight Time INFO ][ org.kde.kstars.ekos.capture] - "Captured E:/_Astro_in/Targets/Sadr-135mm\\Light\\NGC_6888-Part_7_Light_360_secs_005.fits"
Success after this:
[2023-08-16T00:51:43.296 Pacific Daylight Time INFO ][ org.kde.kstars.ekos.capture] - "Captured E:/_Astro_in/Targets/Sadr-135mm\\Light\\NGC_6888-Part_8_Light_360_secs_010.fits"
I think I'm experiencing the same or a comparable problem here.Stellarmate 1.7.8
4 panel mosaic of 20 x 180 s
In the image below, from the anazyze tab I've selected the last image of the first panel of 20 subs.
Even though the mount slews to the next position, the sequence continues (with shorter than 180 s exposures).
What I see is that the second panel sequence isn't started, even though guiding etc 'just goes'.
