Max, your scheduler file references E:/_Astro_in/Targets/5x360-ASI2600.esq, not the 15x120 file you posted in your zip file. I guess there is nothing surprising in it, but please post it as well.
Installed INDI 2.0.4. The Scheduler behaves well in terms of binning now.
Ran everything on Mele Stellarmate X. No Windows client was involved.
Will try Windows client as soon as it's available.

ZWO AM5. RST-135. AZ-GTI. HEQ5. iOptron SkyTracker.
TPO RC6. FRA400. Rokinon 135 and other lenses.
ZWO ASI2600MC. D5500 modified with UVIR clip-in filter.
ZWO ASI120MM Mini x 2. ZWO 30F4 guider. Orion 50mm guider.
ZWO EAF x 3.
Installed official KStars 3.6.7 Stable for Windows released on October 4.
It's still doing bin 2x2 thing when using Scheduler!
-- this doesn't happen when everything is run on Mele Stellarmate X
-- this only happens when the client is Window KStars
-- this doesn't happen if I take a 1x1 picture in the CCD/Acquire module before starting a schedule in the Scheduler
-- if I "manually" goto the target, plate solve, focus, check the guiding and then start the Scheduler - then this happens.

I also have a strange problem with BIN 2,3,4 They remove all color information and geometrically stretch the subs horizontally! My release is latest, My DSLR is Sony a7 using Sony DSLR as driver and a5000 using generic gphoto. (Stellarmate 1.8.1 OS)
