Sequence capture randomly hangs after filter change

I'm running KStars 3.6.9 connecting to INDI 2.0.6. Dusting off the scope after about a year of inactivity, facing this issue using the latest stable versions of the software stack. I'm not doing anything fancy yet with the filter settings/auto focus/offsets. Including logs and a screenshot below. Any suggestions what might be causing the imaging sequence queue to randomly hang? It seems that after the filter is set, the next image capture is not being initiated. After some testing, I do not observe any correlation to filter slot # nor number of filter changes.. though I can always reproduce the bug within a sequence of 7 filters.

By hang do you mean whole application become unresponsive? Or can you stop sequence and start it again and it will continue?

The problem has not reoccurred since I built offsets for my filters.
