ooops - true, should be 0 ;/ ... thanks for the hint! but my problem is that KStars stops polling #:GR# and #:GD# after three trials, and this was not the problem with older versions of KStars/INDI that were shipped with Ubuntu 14.04 and Jessie, as you can see in the video in the first post. At that point in time, I had trouble with sync and Slew, but that works now despite the wrong answer from my side ...
