Is it working now for kstar logs ?
Check also permissions for the other log folders (indi logs). Not remember exactly now, but the paths for these folders were in my answer to you some days ago. Do the same you have done for the kstars one

Thanks for pointing that out! I just did it t the .indi logs folder as well!

Both can now save folders and files to them! Very much appreciated!

Thanks! You and Jabien were both correct. I did not have permissions to write to those files. I first tried to save a new folder and file. Both times I got permissions denied.

Did a down research and used the code below
sudo chmod a+w .local/share/Kstars/logs

And
sudo chmod a+w .Indi/logs

I am now able to write folders and files to both logs folders now.

I will update again once Ekos crashes on me again to see if it is writing logs to it.
