I have been able to get libgphoto2 loaded through MacOs terminal. I can use the command gphoto2 --autoselect to find the Canon R6mkii and I can use gphoto2 to control and take pictures with the camera. I have updated INDI through terminal as well. I still cannot connect the camera within Ekos. I have attached the log file.

I found the Canon R6 mkii on the libgphot 2 web list (www.gphoto.org/proj/libgphoto2/support.php), so it appears to be supported.

I have been using a Canon 450D with Ekos successfully over the past several months. I now have a Canon EOS R6 mkii. I have tried to use this camera with Ekos, but the camera is not found by Ekos. I have tried to change many of the communication settings in the camera. I am using a USB c tether and a Macbook 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core to run Ekos.

I just searched the available Canon cameras for INDI and I see the R6 but not the mkii version. Is there a potential workaround here or does a separate driver for the mkii version of the R6 need to be developed?

I appreciate any suggestions for troubleshooting.
