Hi all,

while playing with the latest code for my QHY8L camera, I noticed that trying to switch the binning mode resulted in a "binning not supported for color CCDs" message.
However, I saw that the code for managing binning is already present in qhy_ccd.cpp, so I decided to test it and it seems to work.
So my question is: is there any reason why binning switching is disabled at present for color CCDs?

I think it's related to why I'm no longer able to set the binning for a QHY5 type of camera. QHY changed the code for some reason and the guy in charge of it said he would work on it to re-enable the option. He made it sound like it was a bit difficult, no idea why... I'm wondering what that code actually looks like...
