You are using wrong port. Try /dev/ttyACM0 instead of /dev/ttyUSB1...

Ok, USB Focus on /dev/ttyACM0 in direct connection to PC its ok, the focuser is connected.
If I connect from usb hub, no connection, message "2015-01-22T15:28:53: Failed to connect to USB Focus on /dev/ttyACM0 (Error: unrecognized error code)"
Are you sure, that device is working correctly if it is connected to USB hub (some powering issue etc.)? If it is, you have to find what is the device name in this case (I'm not sure about linux but on OSX it is different on each USB port). Peter
Grrr....
Ok the Focuser is connected properly with the USB hub. There is still a connection problem. When I disconnect or makes any action on, LEDs are yellow and I can not do anything! For other devices, it works correctly
If there is a timeout in the log it is not good, it seems that controller hangs for some reason. Try disconnect it (both usb and power) and connect again. Peter
