found the following warning in the logs while looking into problems.

Not sure if it actually did ignore the image in the focusing routine as I seemed to have the auto focusing routine running fine. Imaging has been running fine. Anyone know what this is about?

Yes, I fell over that, too, at some point. It's correct like that. The capture module sees that an image was acquired, but the state does tell it "This is not for you, ignore it". IIRC, it also happens during align....
