Certificate error apt-get with nightly build

Certificate error apt-get with nightly build was created by Ken Hollywood

I am trying to update my nightly build system but keep getting a certificate error per below. My ubuntu system has the latest ca-sertificates installed and updated/upgraded.

I get this error with apt-get update and all other apt session:--

W: ppa.launchpadcontent.net/mutlaqja/indini...ists/jammy/InRelease: No system certificates available. Try installing ca-certificates.

Any thoughts?
