INDI on Ubuntu 23.10

INDI on Ubuntu 23.10 was created by Detlef

How is the installation process of INDI on Ubuntu 23.10 for ARM64 platform? It seems that repository ppa:mutlaqja/ppa is not supported.
Also kstars-bleeding could not be installed.
Both are showing error messages during installation process. On 22.04 its working fine.
