Same behavior for me.

Double click on a scheduler job for editing, then click on "Fill coordinates with sky map center" button, then click the checkmark button --> job coordinates are still the old ones (checked by double clicking the job again).

If I edit the RA or DEC fields after clicking "Fill coordinates with sky map center" and before clicking the checkmark button then the coordinates are indeed updated on the job.
