I'm just testing a beta version of Siril ( www.siril.org ) and I had an issue with the image storage direction : bottom-up or up-bottom.
The orientation of FITS images is a problem because it might be different in different softwares but introducing a keyword ROWORDER of type TSTRING in the FITS headers would solve this problem.
