Hello Steve,
you got it a little wrong with the optical trains... .
You should create on Train for the imaging part and one for the guiding part like:
Imaging: Mount,Imaging Camera, Imaging Scope, Filter Wheel, focuser
Guiding: Mount, Guiding Camera, Guide Scope, Guider== Mount if Pulse Guiding, Guider == Guidecam if ST4 .
