Ekos/Indi crashes or just fails to communicate with either ZWO camera

Hello,
I had Ekos/Indo working fine a couple nights ago after my new Celestron CGX showed up.
Could not plate solve that night, but that is another story...
The next night, camera would not work under Indi. No matter what profile I brought up, crashing and failed comm.
Mount and filter wheel never had a problem.
Tried many different things like changing ports, tried EVERY port of the 4-port USB3 hub, and even plugged into the USB 3
of the RPI4.
Changed cables. But, on every Ekos/Indi failure (with many reboots) Oa capture worked just fine with the cameras!
Traced down the ID numbers for the ZWO camera on the usb ports 03C3:1604, 03C3:120C those moved around when I changed usb ports.
Feel like it is NOT a usb or cable issue, since Oa capture keeps working...
Any way to uninstall just the Indi server and re-install?
ANy help woud be appreciated.

I have a similar problem, 2 zwo cameras work fine with an ASIair, but the reported error is driver crashed. ASI220 pluggeg into ASI 1600 and an EAF. Only the EAF connects.
tried just ZWO Camera and Camera 1 and Camera 2, no difference.

Mark,

Try and use only the ZWO Driver for both cameras. I use it that way without issue on 2 different setups.

HTH

Thanks

The first time this happened, I reinstalled Astroberry on the hard drive (SSD). The second time it
happened I was tearing down after night, and reassembling the next afternoon. This time the mount
stopped talking to Ekos.
I did an apt-get upgrade, which took a while. When I rebooted, it was OK. Has not been down now
for a couple weeks.
