Logitech web cam recognized using V4L2 CCD driver but no output

I have an old Logiteck 4000 webcam that I have aligned to a high power eyepiece. I use it for collimating my SCT. It works fine with SharpCap on a PC, but I would like to use it in EKOS on my RPI. I am running Kstars 3.5.0 stable under Ubuntu 20, everything I need from EKOS (currently) is working and so I am very reluctant to upgrade (I tried Ubuntu 22 but ran into all kinds of issues). I can connect the web cam using the V4L2 CCD driver in EKOS. All the options show up the camera connects, but I cannot get any output. I am in the focus module and just want to run a continuous video while I collimate the scope.

I will turn on debuging and load up that file the next time I fire up the system. But if anyone has any input on how to setup the settings for this webcam so I can get output on the screen I would be very thankful.
