Toupcam driver capture issue. [solved] was created by Andrew

A few nights ago I was testing a friend's RisingCam planetary camera. It uses the toupcam driver. While attempting to capture a test exposure the timer would countdown to zero, but the frame would not come down. If this can work for him he willing to join us and give INDI a shot.
Help me convert my friend!
