Hi all, I am using ekos and indi with a SBIG ST7 dual ccd camera.
When I start the guiding module specifying sbig ccd guider in the guider field and sbig ccd in the via field (st7 is equipped with st4), once the module is guiding
if I try taking an exposure on the main CCD the guiding module logs "Guiding suspended" until the exposure is done.

What am I doing wrong in ekos? I’m sure it is possible to guide and imaging at the same time with a dual ccd camera, so it has to be a misconfiguration...

Finally I guess I found the problem, it seems guiding is interrupted when requesting a preview in the ccd tab, but it does not get interrupted when running an exposure plan. Now question is why does it get interrupted when requesting a preview? Shouldn’t it be treated exactly like taking an exposure? Taking a preview while autoguiding could be interesting to see the effect of autoguiding on the stability of the image...

In the focus module there is a check mark for Suspend Guiding, I am not sure if there are other locations for this, but I have seen that setting.
