Remaining time in Ekos has some problems

Yesterday I run on an odd situation. I was using the scheduler to repeat a 1h job many times. Each job is composed of 20x180" frames. In this way, after each 20 images, the scheduler will perform a new alignment fixing any derive that has happened on the last hour. Some clouds interrupted the session, and when it was restarted, the remaining time and the frame progress shown on the Overview panel where complete off

The only information that was true is the number of frames (36/40) and the remaining time (00:11:53) on the third gauge and the remaining time for the current frame on the first one (35s). But you can see that on this first control the 35s remaining was shown as 17:45:33. Also the estimating time for the current job is completely wrong: 17/20 frames (but it must be 16), 22:54:25 remaining.

Any clue of what can be happening here?. Could this be related with the way that the end times on Scheduler are completely off once you start to execute the schedule?

Regards
