Out of different reasons, i´d like to force my mount to goto some objects from "the flipped side" from the start. How can i tell the mount with KStars to do so?
The thing is that there are some objects i would like to take pictures of, and i know that i would have to flip in 1 hour.
If i would like to go sleeping, and not waiting, how can i force the mount to flip NOW?
cheers, Niki

To my best of knowledge this is not possible at the moment but I agree that this would be a VERY useful feature. In my backyard the sky to the west is very light due to the presence of a big city (4M inhabitants) but to the east much darker. If I could swing my telescope west of the mount and west of the meridian and let it image then that would save me a meridian flip.
OK. I think i will post it then into the wishlist.
thanx for your feedback
cheers Niki
