RAW (CR2) files are OK but all FITS files (preview and sequence) are affected. LiveView is OK.

I noticed the latest GIT gphoto driver doesn't offer the SUBFRAME setting in the streaming tab anymore (whereas the latest nightly does offer it and doesn't suffer frrom this issue). Does this have somemthing to do with it?

The issue is solved. Back from our discussion regarding the correct pixel number for certain cameras, an old resolution setting remained in Indi - GPhoto - Image Info. It proved difficult to get rid of since the Indi - Image Info SET button did not update the corresponding field. It is important to have the same resolution set in

2. Indi - GPhoto_CCD - Image Info
3. Ekos
