Thanks. i tried your script.:
120mm: OK with 8bit. No go with 16 bit.
120mm-mini: OK with both 8bit and 16bit.

I guess I'll just have to accept this. Frustrating however that libasi 1.16 works fine on another (identical) box.
Any ideas how I could get 1.16 on a new build?
