OMG. Linux is a mystery to me...
Did some googling.
Ran "sudo apt-get install -f".
Some action happened.
Ran "sudo apt-get install ./oacapture.deb"
Only one dependency was missing this time. libraw19.
Installed that.
A lot of things happened.
To cut the long story short - oaCapture did get installed but doesn't run (Segmentation fault).
KStars/Ekos are now gone...
