I FIXED IT!!!! That's how loud I wanted to yell it through my whole house but my kids a sleeping so I'll yell it here. I FIXED IT!!! Long story short on the ZWO electronic filter wheel I had screwed in one of the adapters to tight and it was prohibiting the filter wheel from spinning. The second I removed the physical obtrusion everything started working. I was testing this on my windows laptop with the ASI software and when I saw that nothing I did on my windows laptop would spin the wheel I knew the problem was something different then an issue with Linux. So I started investigating. I do appreciate every ones time in reading this thread and especially to KNRO for being so prompt with your reply. If anything changes I'll be sure to write.
