Unable to download EKos

Unable to download EKos was created by Jeff Horne

When I do an sudo apt-get install kstars-bleeding for Ubuntu
I get the error kstars-bleeding not found.

I added the ppa repository and did update.

Any suggestions? Thanks

KStars Bleeding only available for 15.10 and above.
