Guiding in DEC reversed on iOptron mount?

Recently, guiding on my iOptron mount has gone haywire. DEC guiding does not work at all, the mount is progressively drifting away from the guide star in DEC.
Calibration works flawlessly and side of pier is correctly detected.
After inspecting the log, it looks to me that the deflections in DEC are consistently reversed, while they are applied appropriatly in the right direction in RA.
Below an excerpt from the log to illustrate what I think the problem is:

Has anyone else seen this behavior?
Am I missing something obvious and am I misinterpreting these numbers?

Maybe you accidentally activated the SWAP functionality? It would perfectly explain your mount's behaviour.

OK, I found DEC swap was disabled according to your log file. Maybe activating it will fix the problem. Give it a try.
