I just merged a change (into the beta/nightly software) that may change the HFR and Eccentricity (and num-stars) values you're seeing on your FITSViewer or Analyze page. This doesn't impact the fits file itself, just the measurements displayed. I believe this makes the (default) computations more accurate--anyway closer to what PixInsight might compute.

Previously the star extraction used to measure HFR and Eccentricity were using default StellarSolver values, and these values allow very small stars to participate in the group of stars used for measurements. This tended to sometimes give very high eccentricity and low HFR values, especially for narrowband images. Now the values computed use the HFR profile (which was created for this very purpose, but somehow overlooked all this time). Note--you can modify that StellarSolver profile if you so desire.
