Hi. This is my first post so I hope its in the correct forum.
I have the Stellarmate OS installed on a Raspberry Pi 3B+. Its all working really well but I do have an issue with the RTC I have added to the Pi.
It looks like the StellarMate OS is already configured for a RTC which means I can't get my RTC working. Shows up as 'UU' in the device map.
I am quite handy with Linux (by no means an expert) but before I start trying lots of stuff I wanted to check if anyone has an instructions for removing the current configuration so I can add my RTC.
Are you talking about a real time clock? Because there is none on the RPi. I have the same RPi3B+. I use a GPS module to setup time and location - cheers
I have added a RTC to my 3B+.
I have added the same type of RTC as is now included in the StellarMate gadget (DS3231).
I initially thought that is was not working because the 'i2cdetect' utility returned UU on location 68.
I have now learnt that UU means that a driver is loaded and using 'hwclock' it seems to be working.
Now I just need to make sure that it syncs with the system clock.
