Start of fresh installed KStars failed because of citydb.sqlite was created by Thomas Jäger

Hello Forum,
I installed KStars bleeding on my new notebook. Starting KStars failed with this error:

Die Datei citydb.sqlite wurde nicht gefunden. KStars kann ohne diese Datei nicht starten. Die Datei wird in den folgenden Ordnern gesucht:
 
	/home/starhopper/.local/share/kstars
	/usr/share/cinnamon/kstars
	/usr/share/gnome/kstars
	/home/starhopper/.local/share/flatpak/exports/share/kstars
	/var/lib/flatpak/exports/share/kstars
	/usr/local/share/kstars
	/usr/share/kstars
 
Es scheint, dass Ihre Installation defekt ist.

This is german , it means that citydb.sqlite was not found and the installation is broken. I found a forum post to repair this: www.indilib.org/forum/general/3782-kstar...in-mint19.html#28721

I installed KStars from PPA, maybe there is a fault?
