Hi,

I am testing Stellarmate X, bought by my astro club. It is installed on a Mele Quieter3C. I have a first issue when switch on the Mele. Stellarmate is installed on the EMCC memory and it is the only bootable OS.
The screen arrives on the Ikarus Technologies Stellarmate X and nothing more. I reboot several time with the same result.
I install again Stellarmate, with the same result.

What's wrong ?

I have a similar experience. I am using a Astro-PC Pro and flash Stellarmate X to a 1TB Crucial nvme drive. Occasionally it will boot to Kstars and I can do some configuration but on re-boot I just get the Ikarus Stellarmate X splash screen and that's it.
I re-downloaded the file and re-installed a few times but most of the time it just freezes on the Stellarmate X splash screen on the first boot.
Maybe someone has better luck?

There is some trouble with the HDMI. When I connect it to my Dell screen 1900x1200, Stellarmate runs well. When I connect a little screen 1200x800 for RPI, no way to connect well.
Other issue: no way to add a new langage for the system. Why ?

Of course try a different monitor, tv etc to be able to actually see the options.
In addition to that, if you are going to use the mini pc headless, it is a great option to use a dummy hdmi plug.

The boot with a monitor connected is random. But in the same time, you can connect to Stellarmate with the mobile or a PC, no problem.
I try the tips of the FAQ, without success.
I think the HDMI dongle could be the solution.
In addition, into the settings, once you choose a langage for the OS, french in my case, it is not saved by the system. At the next boot, the langage is always english.

If you have issues - bug with the product (for example language), it is better to create a ticket on the support page of Stellarmate.com.

About the Kstars langage:
In case the SM App becomes unresponsive, you can wipe all the settings by tapping on the Reset App button on the settings page. Close the App afterwards then re-launch it. You can always log back into you account in order to use StellarMate App.

About the display monitor issue: Wait for stellarmate wifi enable then you can connect it. It works.

I've been having the same problem, StellarmateX_OS getting stuck at the splash screen,
I can still remotely log into when its stuck at the splash screen, so something is working.
If I unplug my HDMI display before booting, it boots normally.

Did you read that? Maybe will be helpful.
