Running two Stellarmates issues

Hi have Stellarmate 1.7.7 installed on two Raspberry Pi4s

How do I configure the 2nd RPi4 network name?

If I run each independently, I can access the Stellarmate share from my Mac. When I boot the 2nd one, it doesn't appear. I am assuming there is a name conflict and the 2nd one to access the network does not share its contents or can be seen.

TIA
Steve

Not that hard to resolve... you simply need to rename the second one.

There are a couple of ways of doing it... use the StellarMate Tools on your desktop, and where it shows the hostname, choose modify and change it.

Or go into the RPi configuration from your menu (the Stellarmate icon on your desktop) in the preferences tab.

Having fun learning about the cosmos.
I also run an astrophotography site as a hobby.

Using Stellarmate Tools I get an error Host name update failed.

Using the RPi configuration fixed it !!

Doesn't quite workout on my Mac.

I see the two share points but when I view the contents, they are both the same when viewing in the Finder.
They both point to the second Stellarmate2 contents.

If I shut off Stellarmate2 then I see the contents of Stellarmate.

One is running 1.7.2 and the other 1.7.7

Going to update the 1.7.2 to latest.

Updating to 1.7.7 fixed it along with using two different names. So not sure which one was responsible. Now I can get double the imaging time, if the clouds should ever go away.
