Dither Per Job setting

Dither Per Job setting was created by Jasem Mutlaq

If all goes well, this should land in KStars soon. Basically it controls dithering frequency on job-basis.

That's good news!
"Dither per job setting" is a feature I wanted for short exposures.

It would be even better if a "delay time after dithering until next exposure" was implemented as well.
Currently, I use the delay of the capture module as a waiting time for the shaking to subside after dithering with a lightweight equatorial mount like the SA-GTi.
So if "dither per job setting" is implemented, I would like it to delay for each dither.
