capture fails after meridian flip

Hi everyone and have a great new 2020

The first capture after a meridian flip -e.g. at around 20:50- fails to download. All other captures download fine.
Observation: in Capture - Expose - seconds left, the figure goes to 0.0 then back to 2.14 and remains at a non zero value; the frame does not download until after manual intervention.

Workaround: under the scheduler hit abort (either guiding or capture) to restart the exposure sequence.
Any ideas?

Cheers and clear skies,
Steve

Thanks for the logs. So the camera actually successfully captures and downloads fine after a meridian flip. However, for some reason, capture module did not recognize that image. I found a half-dozen reasons where an image can be ignored by the capture module, but they were not logged. I added the necessary logging and also cleaned up some excessive logging from other modules. At at least next time you encounter a similar issue, we should have a better idea as to the cause.

Hi everyone
Update: the issue only occurs if the camera is set to a particular shutter speed. If the camera is set to BULB, the problem doesn't occur.
Will continue testing and report back but the BULB thing is looking good.
Cheers and happy 2020
