Ekos scheduler altitude constraint question

Ekos scheduler altitude constraint question was created by Jon

In the EKOS scheduler, is the alt. constraint based on declination or altitude from the horizon?

Never mind, stupid question....I see now that the min alt. box doesn't allow for less than 15 degrees so it has to be altitude above the horizon.....
This then leads me to my next question....Does/will this account for the artificial horizon?
