I was unable to download all of my required Index files for astrometry in Ekos on my StellarMate so I tried to just manually add them in the astrometry folder on the Pi but I apparently don't have authority to do so. How can I temporarily allow access to copy a few index files into my StellarMate pi? For some reason, ekos won't download some of the larger index files. Thanks!

EDIT: I just found a similar forum post but I'm not sure I know how to login via SSH. I'm a newbie so please forgive me.

Since you have StellarMate, you can open a ticket and one of the support staff would be able to help you.

You can’t download them as the astrometry site and servers are down and dont work ATM, I have been trying for three days...
It’s not your software that has the problem, I use stellarmate too...
