iOptron SGP - Unable to guide "Scope cannot reach.."

Hi there,

I don't know if i'm losing my mind or if I've set something up incorrectly but suddenly my auto-guiding(only 2nd time trying) has failed.
Gear:
- Sky Guider Pro (2 months old)
- ZWO ASI120MM mini
-Raspberry Pi 4-w/  Astroberry - Internal guiding, not PHD2.
- Sony A7ii + Redcat 51

It has worked once or twice and now suddenly it fails with a message "GUIDE DEC: Scope cannot reach the start point after 22 iterations.Mount or backlash problems".
I initially thought, maybe I have too much gear and the weight/balance is an issue. Guiding worked fine for a bit last night then stopped (a bit being a few mins while I was setting up. I changed /moved and then it stopped.
Last three attempts at night it fails with the same errors..

I tried tonight wth no camera, no weights and just the guide scope attached to the SGP to see if it was my balance was off. I got the same error. I've checked my PA and it seems on point, so I thought/think. I have no idea.

I'm worried that something is wrong with my SGP? I have been googling/researching and I can't find anything behind this. Would love any advice.  I have also tried to get pHD2 to work an dit won't allow me to click start guiding.

Thanks for any advice!
Stressful Steve

You have unchecked the DEC corrections.
In this configuration your mount does not receive any pulses for DEC

Thanks for the reply.

I'm a bit confused as I thought it should be unticked as Sky Guider Pro is RA only. Is that not the case?So that should fix it all? I'm wondering why PHD2 throws errors then?

I closed EKOS all down and only tried PHD2 on the Pi (vnc in it as it wouldn't work from my Mac and remote connect..). I Then received alert errors while attempting to guide saying "Too little east or south movement" and then I also had backlash errors too?
I'm trying to understand the logs more from PHD2 and I've uploaded them. I tried the SGP ST4 cable and a brand new second cable I had as well, thinking it was that, same issue.

Logs notes. (I've attached them not they aren't appearing)
