I am always grateful for your help.

I think INDI is a stable and wonderful environment if it is set properly.

However, driver settings and custom drivers that are frequently made by the user during the update will be erased.

If you are a user who is doing scheduled shooting, it will be an important problem that causes damage to astronomical equipment.

Users who use custom drivers will have to recreate the environment.

The driver settings and custom drivers you make are important to the user.

Please make it available even if you update it.

Which custom drivers are erased? Can you give more details? Because INDI install does not delete any custom drivers.

thank you for your reply.

This time the custom driver for the induino single switcher has disappeared in my environment.

An xml file in / usr / share / indi.

Fortunately, I had a backup of the rewritten one, so it was easy to restore.

I want user preference files and custom settings to be available at the time of update.

PS

Previously, some drivers were distributed with the initial value set to 0 or blank, and there was a problem that crashed when this driver was automatically connected, but recently that problem is no longer in my environment.

However, if the custom xml and camera color settings are initialized, everything will be redone. .. ..

Park, driver user settings, user-customized xml files, etc. at the time of update
I want you to be able to continue.
